Refund, Cancellation, and Rescheduling Policy:
Due to the personalized nature of all our classes, we do not offer refunds for reservations. However, if you cancel at least 48 hours in advance, your payment will be converted into store credit, which can be used for a future class within 30 days.

Note: In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, we may need to transition to an outdoor event, a virtual session, or reschedule the class.
Subscription Services: For subscription-based services, users may cancel their subscription at any time through their account settings or by contacting customer support. Refunds will be handled in accordance with our refund policy for subscriptions.
Currency and Taxes: All transactions are processed in INR. Taxes, duties, and customs charges may apply depending on the location of the user. You are responsible for these additional charges.

Welcome to Mystic Palette Art Studio! These terms and conditions govern your use of our website, booking of workshops and classes, and participation in all services offered at our Kokapet, Hyderabad location. By accessing our services, you agree to comply with these comprehensive terms and conditions.
Terms and Conditions : Acceptance and Agreement
By booking any workshop, class, or event with Mystic Palette, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part, please do not use our services.
Services Offered Under Terms and Conditions
Mystic Palette provides the following services as per our terms and conditions:
Painting Workshops: 2-hour creative sessions with various themes
Art Classes: 8-week structured programs for kids and adults
Summer Camps: 4-week intensive programs during school holidays
Private Events: Birthday parties, corporate events, customized celebrations
Mobile Painting Parties: On-location art events across Hyderabad
Booking and Registration Terms
Our booking terms and conditions require:
Workshop Bookings
- Advance booking recommended (walk-ins subject to availability)
- Full payment required to confirm reservation
- Bookings via phone (+91 9110353840), WhatsApp, website, or in-person
- Confirmation sent via email or SMS within 24 hours
Class Enrollments
- 8-week term commitment (₹3,000 for complete package)
- Payment due before first class
- Limited seats – first-come, first-served basis
- Trial class available upon request
Private Event Bookings
- Minimum 2 weeks advance booking (4 weeks for peak dates)
- 30% deposit required to secure date
- Balance payment due on event day
- Final guest count required 48 hours before event
Payment Terms and Conditions
UPI payments (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm)
Cash payments at studio
Bank transfers (NEFT/IMPS)- Card payments via secure gateway
All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes.
Cancellation and Refund Policy Terms
Our cancellation terms and conditions are as follows:
Customer Cancellations
- 7+ days before: 100% refund or credit toward future booking
- 3-6 days before: 50% refund or full credit
- 0-48 hours before: No refund (can reschedule once subject to availability)
- No-show: No refund, no rescheduling
Mystic Palette Cancellations
If we cancel a session:
- Full refund within 7 business days, OR
- Reschedule to alternative date at your convenience, OR
- Credit toward any future workshop/class
Weather/Emergency Cancellations
In case of extreme weather or emergencies, we will contact you within 24 hours to reschedule. Full refund available if rescheduling is not possible.
Age Requirements and Restrictions
Per our terms and conditions:
- Kids Classes: Ages 5-12 years
- Teen Workshops: Ages 13-17 years
- Adult Sessions: Ages 18+ years
- Private Events: Minimum age 5 (with parental supervision for minors)
- Parental Presence: Required for children under 8 during workshops
Health, Safety and Liability Terms
Safety terms and conditions participants must follow:
- Disclose any allergies or medical conditions during booking
- Follow instructor safety guidelines for tools and materials
- Report any injuries or incidents immediately
- Parents/guardians responsible for minor participants’ safety
- Studio not liable for injuries from failure to follow instructions
- Personal belongings are participant’s responsibility

Intellectual Property and Copyright
Our intellectual property terms and conditions:
Student Artwork
- All artwork created belongs to the student/participant
- We may photograph artwork for promotional use (with permission)
- Students grant us right to display photos on website/social media (opt-out available)
Our Content
- Website content, logos, designs are Mystic Palette property
- Reproduction without written permission is prohibited
- Workshop curriculum and teaching methods are proprietary
Photography and Social Media Policy
Photography terms and conditions:
- We may photograph/video workshops for promotional purposes
- Opt-out option available during booking process
- Parents must provide consent for minor children’s photos
- Participants may take personal photos (respect others’ privacy)
- Tag us @mysticpalettestudio when sharing on social media!
Code of Conduct
Behavioral terms and conditions all participants must follow:
Respect instructors and fellow participants- Arrive on time (late arrivals may miss instruction)
- Follow studio rules and safety guidelines
- No smoking, alcohol, or illegal substances on premises
- Keep studio clean and organized
- Respect others’ creative process and artwork
Disruptive behavior will result in removal without refund
Modifications to Services and Terms
Mystic Palette reserves the right to:
- Change workshop themes, schedules, or prices with notice
- Substitute instructors when necessary
- Modify class curriculum to improve quality
- Update these terms and conditions (notification via email)
- Refuse service to anyone violating these terms
Force Majeure
We are not liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our control including natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or other emergencies.
Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by Indian law. Any disputes will be resolved through:
- Good-faith discussion and negotiation
- Mediation (if negotiation fails)
- Jurisdiction of Hyderabad courts (if mediation fails)
Severability
If any provision of these terms and conditions is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
