How it works

PICK A TIME & DATE FOR EVENT: check our online monthly calendar for availability
HOW LONG ARE SESSIONS? 2 hours with a half-time break (we need an hour before/after each event to setup & cleanup)
HOW MANY CAN WE SEAT? 40 max (minimum fees apply, view pricing below for details)
FOOD: we can provide it (additional cost applies) or your group can self-cater or BYO
DRINKS: we have an in-studio bar with a range of non-alcoholic options.

Step by step painting instructions of the featured painting led by one of our artists

What to Paint

ONE FEATURED PAINTING: choose a 2 hour painting from our monthly calendar

MOSAIC MURAL: each person paints part of an overall image that all comes together as one very large painting – additional fee applies based on image & painters as we have to pre-sketch the image on the canvas for the mural to align.

Things to Know

Once you have read all of the information on this page and are ready to book your event, get in touch through the form below and we will send through an invoice for the deposit.

Once we receive your deposit we will add your event to our calendar. We will contact you a few days before the event to confirm numbers, a featured painting and if your group would like nibbles included for the event. Advise all guests to arrive at least 15 minutes before the scheduled event time, so they can grab a drink, an apron & get settled in before we start painting at the scheduled event time, we will still need to stick to our 2 hour timeframe even if your group arrives late as we may have another event after yours
