Pickup Only – No Shipping
All purchases made at Mystic Palette must be picked up from our studio. We do not offer shipping or delivery services at this time. After completing your purchase, you will receive instructions on when and how to pick up your items from our studio..
No Cash Refunds – Exchange or Store Credit Only
We do not offer refunds for any purchases. However, if you wish to return an item, you may:
- Exchange it for another product of equal or lesser value.
Return Eligibility
- Items must be exchanged within 30 days of purchase.
- The product must be unused and in its original condition.
- Exchanges or store credit are only applicable to in-store purchases.

Service Bookings – Cancellation Returns Policy
Since workshops and classes are services (not physical products), our shipping and returns policy for bookings follows our Terms and Conditions:
Workshop/Class Cancellations
- 7+ days before: 100% refund or reschedule credit
- 3-6 days before: 50% refund or full credit
- 0-48 hours: No refund (one-time reschedule available)
- No-show: No refund or credit
Refunds processed within 7-10 business days to original payment method.
Gift Certificate Shipping and Returns
Our gift certificate shipping and returns policy:
Digital Gift Certificates
- Delivery: Emailed within 24 hours of purchase
- Shipping: No physical shipping required
- Returns: Non-refundable once delivered (can transfer to another person)
- Expiry: Valid for 12 months from purchase date
- Usage: Redeemable for any workshop, class, or product
Physical Gift Certificates
- Collection: Pick up from Kokapet studio during business hours
- Shipping: We currently don’t ship physical certificates
- Returns: Unused certificates returnable within 7 days for full refund
- Lost Certificates: Can be reissued with proof of purchase (₹100 fee)
Art Supplies and Materials Policy
For art supplies purchased from our studio, our shipping and returns policy states:
Shipping
No Shipping Available: All supplies must be collected from studio
Same-Day Collection: Available during business hours
Reserved Pickup: We’ll hold items for 48 hours after payment
Returns and Exchanges
7-Day Return Window: Unopened items in original packaging
Full Refund: For eligible returns
No Returns: Opened, used, or personalized supplies
Defective Items: Full refund or replacement anytime
Exchange: Available for different size/color/type within 7 days
Return Requirements: Original receipt, unused condition, original packaging, within 7 days of purchase.
Student Artwork Collection Policy
Our artwork collection shipping and returns policy:
Take Home Same Day: Most workshop participants collect artwork immediately
Storage: We’ll hold artwork for 30 days if you can’t collect immediately
After 30 Days: Uncollected artwork may be donated or discarded
No Shipping: We don’t ship completed student artwork
Large Pieces: Can be picked up during business hours with advance notice
Note: Mystic Palette is not responsible for artwork left beyond 30 days.
Damaged or Defective Items
Our damaged item shipping and returns policy:
Report Immediately: Contact us within 48 hours of purchase/collection
Provide Photos: Send clear images showing damage
Quick Resolution: Replacement or full refund within 72 hours

Workshop Cancellations by Mystic Palette
If we cancel your booked session, our shipping and returns policy guarantees:
Your Options (You Choose)
- Full Refund: 100% money back within 7 days
- Reschedule: Book alternative date with priority registration
- Credit: Full credit toward any future workshop/class (12-month validity)
- Upgrade: Use credit toward higher-value workshop with price difference payment
We’ll contact you via phone/email/WhatsApp with all options clearly explained.
Special Circumstances Returns
Exceptions to our shipping and returns policy:
Medical Emergencies
- Full refund available with medical documentation
- No deadline – can claim refund anytime with proof
- Applies to workshops, classes, and private events
Weather/Natural Disasters
- Full refund if you’re unable to attend due to extreme weather
- Rescheduling prioritized over refunds when possible
- Applies to both studio and mobile events
Pandemic/Government Restrictions
- Full refund if government mandates prevent operations
- Virtual alternative offered when feasible
- Credits extended beyond normal expiry dates
Non-Returnable Items

Custom-ordered or personalized items
Used canvases, brushes, or tools
Completed artwork (belongs to student)

Exchange Policy
Our exchange shipping and returns policy:
7-Day Window: Exchange unopened supplies for different items
Equal Value: No price difference required
Price Difference: Pay/refund difference for different-priced items
Workshop Changes: Switch to different workshop (subject to availability)
Private Event Deposits
For private events, our deposit shipping and returns policy:
- 30% Deposit: Required to book private events
- 14+ Days Cancellation: Full deposit refunded
- 7-13 Days Cancellation: 50% deposit refunded
- 0-6 Days Cancellation: Deposit non-refundable (can reschedule once)
- Balance Payment: Due on event day, fully refundable if we cancel
