Pickup Only – No Shipping

All purchases made at Mystic Palette must be picked up from our studio. We do not offer shipping or delivery services at this time. After completing your purchase, you will receive instructions on when and how to pick up your items from our studio..

No Cash Refunds – Exchange or Store Credit Only

We do not offer refunds for any purchases. However, if you wish to return an item, you may:

  • Exchange it for another product of equal or lesser value.

Return Eligibility

  • Items must be exchanged within 30 days of purchase.
  • The product must be unused and in its original condition.
  • Exchanges or store credit are only applicable to in-store purchases.
